Virtual Listening Party with The New York Pops!
The New York Pops was previously scheduled to perform "Movie Night: The Scores of John Williams" at a sold out concert at Carnegie Hall on March 27. This concert would have celebrated the five-time Academy Award-winning genius who brought musical life to all your favorite films, including Jaws, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Harry Potter. Since we can't be together in person, Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke has curated a Virtual Listening Party!
While we are unable to gather together at Carnegie Hall right now, we still hope to bring together our community for a musical reprieve. Many of you have shared wonderful recollections of the friendships and bonds you have created with those who you sit near at our concerts each season – essentially creating neighborhoods! It is in that spirit that we hope to bring all of us together – at least virtually!
Support The New York Pops
Along with enjoying our Virtual Listening Party hosted by Steven Reineke, we also hope you will consider supporting your New York Pops.
Donations of any amount will help to ensure that we may seamlessly pick up where we left off after this has passed. We look forward to the evening when we return to Carnegie Hall for our 38th season in October. Until then, we need your support to weather this challenging time.
